Unfortunately, I'm talking about my leg, not the band. After all the skiing and biking, my body was not as happy I thought it was. Over the weekend little soreness, turned into full blown pain and come to find out I have strained my Achilles tendon. Thankfully I haven't done any damage yet, but I still need to take a week off all training. This especially sucks since the weather is awesome this week in the valley. You have got to love the timing for injuries with me. I am hoping to make sure that I can fix the problem that caused this and also make sure it doesn't happen again. Thank god I ordered some books recently, looks like I am about to have a lot more time on my hands.
