I love Keystone. I have been racing there since 2005 and have love it more every year. Well, except this year, kind of. Going into the race I already knew I was going to need a lot of luck to pull out a good ride. Since my mid season break in July I haven't exactly come back on the bike too strongly. Not that this season has been much of a stellar season for me already, but I have been lacking even in terms of normality. The real bummer of all this is that I know I am capable of a good ride, however outside forces have been putting an end to any really good placing. Luckily it is still a long season, with a few more races left this year, and I am confident I can get back and have a top ride at atleast one event this year. Hopefully I can shake my bad race luck here soon. Keystone was a big dissapointment for me. Aside from it being a course that I love, It's a course that has always suited me well and have had really good results on in the past. But this is to be expected given the past two weeks of riding for me have been a bit shaky. Any ways, on with the positive, there is still time for me to get back into good forum and plenty of really good races.
