Cabin Fever

I think this is the coldest February I have ever experienced. I know February is a cold month in general, but it seems like this cold just keeps lingering. At least we are getting snow with it. Nothing worse than freezing cold and no snow. So for that reason alone I can't really complain too much. The nordic skiing here has been amazing. When it's too snowy or too cold its nice having something else to fall back on for training. I refuse to ride the rollers or the trainer anymore. I am almost certain that just kills your soul, or at least mine.

It's funny, back in December I was remarking how little time I spent at home anymore. Then the Pathfinder died and now I am stuck. Luckily I was able to make a trip out to Denver to visit the Dazbog coffee company a few weeks ago. I can honestly saw that was the best work related trips I have made in a long time. I have always been impressed with Dazbog's coffee, but after seeing and hearing how much work goes into their coffee blends I am just blown away. While I was there I snapped a pic of their delivery truck. I love those vans' anyways, but this one is my new favorite.

Aside from riding and skiing, things have been pretty low key for me. I am ready to start racing again. I finally feel like I am getting some good legs under me now. Paul and Moss on the other hand are still a little lost, but in there case I wouldn't mind it either.
