Fall Rides

Today's bike ride was the best finish of the week for me. After helping put on Derby, then going to Derby, recovery was a whole other story. So it was more than fitting that after an epic week, Mike Stevens and Art Nelsen and I ventured out to Test Tracks for some awesome single track. It's a good time to be riding, the scenery is awesome and there are no worries about racing or training. You can just ride and enjoy everything around you. But, I do still wish I was racing, especially if I had the late season form that Sam has.

Yeah, Sam Jurekovic killed it these past four days to finish second in the TT, First in the Super D, and 2nd again in the XC and Overall GC. Yeah Sam rallied. I don't know to many people who can pull of hanging with Christophe Sauser as well as Sam did this weekend. Big Congrats to him. Well I need to study and get back to cleaning the house.
