Wow, I have been busy lately. Not doing anything special really, just riding my bike and working at Dos Gringos. It's great, I can work 40hrs a week and still get 25hrs on the bike. So say good bye to the social life. I have been training my ass lately for National champs, which are next week. Hopefully I can pull off a good ride. Speaking of hard training and good rides, Sam Jurekovic rode into 4th today in Windham. Long story short, Sam is fast. Me, well I am still working on getting close to being sort of fast, but with my new tire sponsor, I might be able to fake it. Luckily, by how I don't know, I will be riding on Vredestein tires for the remainder of the season.
I can honestly say I have never been so stoked on how these tires ride. I am really impressed with quality of these tires and very excited to race on them. Well not really much of anything else going on with me right now, seeing as how all I have been doing is riding my bike and working. If you are in the Carbondale area, stop by Dos Gringos sometime, burritos man, it's a great way to make a living. Well I'm off to bed, quick ride in the morning then back to work. I leave for Vermont on Monday morning and I can't wait. A HUGE thanks goes out to Bikeparts.com and Nelson Oldham (my boss) for helping to make this trip happen.
